Luxara World Green, operated by Luxara World, provides delivery services across Ireland and selected international export destinations.
Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered either:
• by our own company transport,
• or through trusted courier services including An Post and DPD, depending on the size, destination, and nature of the order.
We choose the most suitable delivery method to ensure plants and products arrive in the best possible condition.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver:
• throughout Ireland,
• and to selected international export destinations where permitted.
For export orders, customers are responsible for ensuring that imported plants or products comply with local regulations and restrictions.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days depending on:
• product availability,
• season,
• weather conditions,
• and order volume.
During peak gardening seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:
• customer location,
• courier schedules,
• weather conditions,
• and customs procedures for export orders.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Live Plants and Trees
As we sell live plants and trees, customers should unpack and inspect products as soon as possible after delivery.
Minor variations in size, shape, color, or seasonal appearance are natural and do not qualify as defects.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• providing accurate delivery information,
• ensuring safe access to the delivery address,
• being available to receive perishable or live products where required.
Luxara World is not responsible for delays caused by:
• incorrect customer information,
• courier delays,
• weather conditions,
• customs procedures,
• or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the products and packaging where possible.
